don't know if I will ever go back

my friends and I have been going to the belterra for the past 3 years for vacation. well this year we were treated pretty bad. They were constantly trying to take our comp. adding charges to our room that wasn't suppose to be there. So players please beware. They are kinda dirty at this riverboat... A Yahoo! A little jewel on the Ohio River
What a nice surprise this hotel was! The architecture was so "Swiss", and nice. It had an ample lobby with high ceilings and a breakfast room with huge windows overlooking a wooden deck and the Ohio river.
