Smelly and suspect cleaning
I stayed at the Chase Suites for business because they had the cheapest rates around. The room I was given was obviously a smoking room previously. room and service okay, check bill when you get home.
I was staying in Des Moines for business. I could hear the highway all night long the first week. The next week I was moved to a different room and did not hear the noise as bad. Nice rooms - small pool - bad maid service
We checked in and had a lot of trouble with our television - new flat screens would not turn on, and then later would not turn off - we would have to work and work to get it on - and to get it off, we had to unplug it - the manager did give us 50% off our rate for two nights though which was nice...
