Nice rooms - small pool - bad maid service

We checked in and had a lot of trouble with our television - new flat screens would not turn on, and then later would not turn off - we would have to work and work to get it on - and to get it off, we had to unplug it - the manager did give us 50% off our rate for two nights though ...
