The Hotel service was great and even the staff are all very friendly. We choose the deluxe room and it looks nice and smells great. This hotel is overpriced for what it is and where it is. There seemed to be only one elevator that took forever most times we used it. We just returned from a one-night stay in a corner fireplace suite (about $275 plus tax), room 311. The room was very large, clean and comfortable.
