Lazy, no effort, subpar.

I paid $200 for two nights in a family "suite" (a living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 beds). My primary complaint is that their website makes the rooms look nicer and better than they are. Also, they are too expensive for the quality they provide. Yes, the location is nice...but they're in downtown Dubuque, not downtown Chicago.
