1.0: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-Would NEVER go back!

When we checked in at 9 p.m. on a Friday night, our room was FILTHY. Dirty towels all over and unmade beds. We were switched to a different room that was cleaned, but still smelled. We had booked the room for 2 nights. When we returned from exploring Iowa City at 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon after being gone all morning, we returned finding our keys not working on the side entrance doors.
