Very Disappointed!!!

I looked at this motel online and studied the pictures that were provided online and it looked like a very nice, clean motel. When we got there it looked like nothing that had been pictured. TURN RIGHT - EAST - ONTO 163. CONTINUE ON 163 BYPASSING PELLA AND OSKALOOSA TO OTTUMWA APPROX. 86 MILES. WHEN ENTERING OTTUMWA YOU WILL EXIT OFF 163 ON TO HWY 63 SOUTH AND HEAD INTO OTTUMWA.
