Decent value, but not likely to stay here again.
I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest in West Des Moines and we weren't planning to stay long. I think you only get what you pay for here though.

Very Nice Place to Stay
Stayed at this place, last weekend. Took family for a shopping trip. After shopping for hours at the mall, spent the night. Check In was great. Very friendly clerks. I am sorry to say that I was not satisfied with this particular hotel. I have a disability which makes using stairs difficult. The rooms were only accessible using stairs. Go here for a poor night's sleep
We stayed at this Best Western on our way to Minnesota. It is conveniently located off the highway, but I would have driven for hours just to find another place. We were greeted by an unfriendly young lady at the front desk who offered no smile, no help, nothing.
