This place should be a Crowne Plaza!

This is an older Holiday Inn that has gone through multiple upgrades. Overall impression was very good. The attentiveness of the staff is the hotels high light. It is a top end of the Holiday Inn mainline. I wish they had gone the extra mile and made it a Crown Plaza because it is very close to being one. The lay out is complex, which can be confusing.
