I reserved this room while on the road to Florence because of the good reviews I had seen on Tripadvisor. Poor quality, not up to our previous Best Western experiences-
Dirty wash cloth hanging from shower rod; hair on edge of bath tub, bed comforter smelled like urine, did not trust cleanliness of rug and would not walk on with bare feet.
