Disappointed & Upset
I reserved this room while on the road to Florence because of the good reviews I had seen on Tripadvisor. I called twice--once before I made the reservation to ask if there was an elevator and to make sure that we could get an accessible room as I was traveling with my 84 year old mother and my husband who is disabled. I was told that, yes, there was an elevator and I could reserve a smoking room on the first floor. I called back almost immediately to make the reservation, spoke to the same person, and again confirmed that we could get an accessible room.
