No Mini Fridge, saw bug

Be sure when you call to ask for the first floor so you can pull up to your room door. Fitness center very small and outdated, but the treadmill is good and the TV has a remote. You need to get the key from the front desk.

Didn't honor confirmed confirmation
I made it quite clear that we needed a room that was both non-smoking and had handicapped access. When we arrived I asked to see the room to verify that the room actually met our needs for handicapped access.
