I made a reservation for my daughters birthday present and was told the room would have a fridge and microwave and when she got there it had neither one in the room and she and I was very upset because I feel we were betrayed and lied to and it was a special gift from me and so I think I should be given a free stay or something to make up for the frustration and aggravation we went through. more on TravelPost.com
