and you call this customer service????

My fiance booked into the above mentioned Hotel, after driving through the night for 11 1/2 hrs, i called the hotel to confirm he had arrived, i was informed by the receptionist all rooms were empty, don't call again, and she hang up. Several attempts later, with still no success i contacted my future father in law, distraught as i had no idea whether or not my fiance had indeed arrived at the hotel, his cell phone had been left behind.
