Great hotel if you like moldy smells, bad neighborhoods, etc

I booked this hotel over the phone. I had 4 rooms booked, 3 Kings (1 for me and my fam, 1 for my sis who is single, 1 for my parents) and 1 Double (for 2 more sisters and a baby). This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. First, we were put in a room that smelled like mildew and had wet carpet. The staff was helpful and allowed us to change rooms.
