Pick your room carefully

In general the hotel was average. Two particular items of note though. First, our room was on teh side facing Acadia Parkway (major thoroughfare) and the road noise at night was very loud. Great Hotel Except for the train!!

You could set your watch by the train that comes by here at 3 am. If you are looking for a close place o stay to LSU this is it but be ready to pay the price and listen to a train. Directions

From Baton Rouge Airport: Take I-110 South to I-10 East, look for the Acadian Thruway Exit. The Hotel is on the South East corner of Acadian and I-10 Interchange. From New Orleans Airport: Take I-10 West to Baton Rouge, look for the acadian Thruway exit.
