I have stayed at this hotel 6 times in the last 3 years. Let me first say that I have traveled alot during the last 15 years. I am very particluar about cleanliness and service. Although the hotel looks fine/nice, that's where it stops. The service there is horrendous. The front desk rarely answers the phone and if they do its after multiple rings.
