This hotel was one of the worst I have ever been in. It is advertised as a brand new Best Western Hotel. It was obvious when we arrived that the building was at least 20 years old and had most likely been an extended-stay apartment unit prior to being taken over by Best Western chain. The pool wa... Needs renovation

When we made our reservations, we were told that the hotel had been renovated "not too long ago" . If so, they must've missed the room we were in. Don't make the Mistake!

The staff was very rdue. Our group was discriminated against because we were a group of families with children on a softball team. A list of Rules were imposed without profication.
