Very rude people to deal with

We were not able to make our trip. Never could get anyone on phone to cancel reservations. When we did get in touch with the hotel they started off with a bad attitude. Rooms dingy, dirty, with bugs
We stayed here because of a business meeting in the area. Our room smelled bad. The sheets were stained, and there were bugs all over the place I realized in the morning These bugs were even in the bed which I obtained photo's and recorded disk of Scared me to death!!
