Rude & Poor Service, Broken Guarentee-We Moved to a Different Hotel
The Comfort Inn was one of my companies listed hotels for the Hammond area which I reserved a non-smoking room. Upon our arrival we were told they only had a smoking room. Probably a very good hotel

We had a good experience here. We reserved teh suite with the in-room jacuzzi and that was just great. The hotel is currently undergoing remodelling so we did not catch it at its very best. We have serious no conplaints and ... MRM, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
