neat hotel close to everything

""stayed here for one week. Best features - availablity of kitchen and reasonable weekly rate. Worst - the motel/area was unsafe. many incidents each night including fighting, yelling, false fire alarms, knocking on the door, telephone calls. Not a viable tourist option.
