WE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 2 ROOMS, WE GOT THERE AND ONE ROOM WOULD NOT OPEN, GOT INTO THE OTHER ONE AND THE AC COVER WAS HANGING ON BARELY, THERE WAS DEAD BUGS EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM, AND THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY. more on Yahoo! Travel
