Breakfast caters to all travellers, starts at 5 am till 10 and although continental was extensive. 3 types of fresh fruit, 4 cold cereals, pastries, muffins, french toast and waffles. more on TripAdvisor

We could not find a sit down restaurant except Shoneys (next door);any direction you went was endless strip mall stuff. more on TripAdvisor
