Needs Improvement

Poorly maintained hotel and mixed up reservation from H.c

First I travel for one or two weeks on my business. Hotel.com had me checking out on a Tuesday....I still don't know why. I missed it on the printout. The hotel is run down, bed like a washboard, sink plugged up, toilet seat loose and slid around (painfully so). There is no laundry/dry clean pick... Dr. Bill Conk, a user of hotels.com.
