We want to come back today!

We enjoy everything about this hotel. See my husband doesn't gamble much,and the shuttle bus is very convenient for me. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.Between your hotel and the casino Harrah's we pretty much have everything we need.

OK, definitely not 4 star

Somehow, sidestep.com rated this hotel a 4 star hotel. That was a joke. It was a mediochre 2 star right by the freeway at best. The rooms have been refurbished, new carpet, etc. which was nice. Bad Experience

Couldn't use stopped up sink. Shower head didn't work properly & the plastic curtain was torn. No facial tissue in holder. Extremely thin bath towels. VERY noisy location. Holes in walls. Staff needs lessons ... a user of travelocity.com. Read full review on Travelocity.com

Needs improvement

It took 30 min. to check-in w/prepayment. Rooms were dirty and stinky. Ran out of breakfast at 7:30am. Only given 3 towels for 5 people, even after requesting more. Pool was very dirty.
