FILTHY rooms and worthless staff

I checked into this hotel in Metairie, LA on a business trip and my room was horriffic.
toilet was dirty with urine and feces, hair in the tub and the carpet had not been vacuumed. The headboards are vinyl and there was dried cum crusted on it.

Great Place to Stay Outside of New Orleans

We were a little worried on our way to check in to this hotel, but as soon as we got there, it was well above our expectations. The lobby was nice and clean as was the bar and restaurant. Never Again!

This hotel has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. The hotel always sits empty, it is home to a couple of corporate customers. For business travel, the hotel should offer a place to grab coffee in the morning. It would also be nice to be able to grab something for breakfast to go.
