This place looks as good now as before Katrina.

The St. Charles Best Western, located in New Orleans' famed Garden District offered EVERYTHING we were looking for during a first-time stay in New Orleans. I chose the hotel for the location and the price. Was not prepared for the 13% taxes. Hotel was clean but badly in need of new carpeting, furniture and linens, which were clean but shabby.
