The customer service lacked attention and many times we were left standing at the desk while the clerk did other tasks and just ignored our presence. The best place to stay is in the French Quarter. Although it may be a little expensive it's worth the price. I recommend the French Quarter Courtyard Hotel. Expect to spend around $110. Not at all like the Website!! Steer Clear
Not like the webiste. This hotel was not quaint at all. The only good thing going for it was the price, it was cheap but I suggest you spend the extra $20 and stay someplace else.
