The best place for atmosphere,serenity and convenience
A bit nevous about our first trip back to N.O. but the Henry Howard House was warm & inviting. Sherrie and staff made us feel so welcome. Room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom was new. Nice place, not great breakfast
The place itself is nice and in an okay part of the Garden District, right off of St. Charles. We thought we could hop on the streetcar to take it to the Quarter, but they weren't running yet (since Katrina) so we had to spend a lot of money on cabs.
