Style and Flair with a Hip Vibe

International House has the style and vibe of the pricier W chain. It is hip without being snooty, and reasonably priced. Perhaps NOLA's answer to LA's The Standard hotels. IH is ideal for trendy 20-40 crowd! The bar is also a great place to start your evening, as it draws a fun crowd. Overall, I... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel. Read full review on Yahoo! We won't stay anywhere else

This is a very Zen place with great staff and location. We prefer it over Royal Sonesta, Chateau Sonesta and Monteleon. The bar is fabulous. Treat yourself and read the Hotel book in the room. hip but relaxed

I stayed here for Southern Decadence this year. Had a nice (but SMALL) courtyard room. The staff was super nice, really went out of the way to be helpful with suggestions for places to dine and things to do outside of the quarter. Yes, the rooms are a tad smallish, but the bed was great, the bath... kosherhotdog, a user of citysearch.com. Read full review on CitySearch
