From the moment I walked in, the staff was very attentive (mind you it was Essence Fest so...lots of heavyweight stars, with lots of demands) and always seemed ready to help. more on TripAdvisor

There were a few (very minor) hiccups but the way the staff handled the situations were perfectly fine. more on TripAdvisor
