We stayed here for a business conference; the lodging was arranged by our corporate travel agent. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised, the lobby was attractive and the reception was nice if a bit inexperienced. When we arrived at what was supposed to be a "deluxe" non-smoking room (confirmed well in advance by both my self and our travel agent, and again at check-in), it was tiny, dingy, and smelled of stale smoke and mold. The windows would not open so we asked for another room. They offered us an upgrade for $50 to a better room with a balcony, and we agreed. The (larger) upgraded room also smelled of smoke but we could open the french doors so it was much better. When we tried to call down ... traveladdiction, a user of Tripadvisor.
