Vincent's Guest House isthe only place I know of with the real ambience of the New Orleans I used to know: it is in an old building (1861) which is restored properly in true New Orleans style. more on TravelPost.com

The place has a deliciously charming character that you'd expect to find in a historic building. While not a luxury hotel, it offers spacious, comfy rooms that are individually decorated...this is not a cookie cutter hotel.
