Not the greatest Wyndham property
I had problems with the valet service. I called down for my car before leaving my room. I got downstairs, checked out, and waited. After 30 minutes, I requested my car again. Rude and Snooty employees!! Terrible service!!!
I am a local, born and raised in New Orleans and believe it or not the locals probably expect more out of the city than vistors. In New Orleans we are known and proud of our southern hospitalitly thats why I was very unhappy with the Whitney Hotel. Historic, Elegant New Orleans Landmark
The rooms were elegant, warm and inviting. The hotel was spotless and unique with its history as a bank -- check out the little sitting room that used to be a vault! Average, Service was poor
