The room smelled awful!
According to the online picture at their website, this place would be a tropical paradise. Boy, were we duped! Upon arriving, we were told that our first floor room (needed due to heavy medical equipment to be carried) was not available due to a burst water pipe. Not worth the money
I stayed there for a few days in 2005. They charged me $72 per night during the Mardi Gras season. The lobby is nice and ok. Staff are friendly and helpful. A REALLY NEAT PLACE
I have stayed at this hotel off & on for about eight years. It looks like a ski resort when you enter the main lobby. It has a huge great room with a fireplace, & three 32" tv's.
