We had reservations for Mardis Gras week. When we arrived we discovered that out room had been given to someone else with the same last name. not originally given a smoking room which i requested, had to move, second room air conditioning was off and so had to cool down several hours to be comfortable, no ashtray, no vent in bathroom, ... a traveler from Destin, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
