Try somewhere else......I won't be back!

Stayed two nights with a friend for a girls weekend of shopping and gaming. First time stay at this hotel. When we arrive at 15 minutes prior to check in we were told our room was not yet ready and "will be a little while". When I asked what a little while was I was told "well, check in IS 3pm" I told her it was 2:45 so a little while couldn't be too long.
