Nice and friendly staff
It was the first hotel ever, which displayed my name near the reception and welcomed me. The staff was very friendly and helped us with a good tip to go on the Scenic Byway that started in Sulphur. I was totally dis satisfied with my stay because I was promised a King Size non smoking room and I ended up with a double. All information on the guset card booklet talked about satisfying the customer. This did not happen. The clerk told me they overbooked the hotel and they apparently gave my r... Good Hotel - Just what you should expect.
We made a last minute reservation for a casino trip, and found that a lot of our usual hotels were sold out, so we opted for Fairfield.
