Well then overnite at Oak Alley! They offer temper-pedic matresses in most rooms, which one sinks deep into, paricularly at the hips. Yesterday feel with today's luxury....
....well, almost luxury. We stayed in a "slave cabin", one of the "old" buildings, not one of the newly constructed cabins. It was pleasantly decorated, the rooms were large, comfy furniture; just a slightly sloping floor at the back...no big deal (knew it was an old building when I rented it).... This place is amazing! The staff is the nicest I have ever experienced, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The resturaunt was fabulous (and the prices were not as bad as you would think at a major tourist attraction such as this). Staying here is definitely the way to go. ...
