Hugely disappointed!
I booked this hotel based on the reviews on this site. I guess in the past year and a half this hotel has really gone down the hill, or I really hate to think what the other hotels in West Monroe is like if this hotel is ranked #2. Big, comfortable room
This hotel was just fine for us. The room was big and very comfortable. Continental breakfast was average; I've seen better and worse. Free popcorn and evening tea and coffee service were very thoughtful. Wireless internet worked well. The outside entrance doors did not open with our key card, so... LovePgh, a user of Tripadvisor.
