The service was excellent. Front desk kind, courteous, helpful. (except for owner, he was very distant and unfriendly. We were glad we didn't have to deal with him.) comfortable room but difficult to sleep here
Since all the usual hotels were already booked we stayed here at the Riverside Inn last night. This property is connected to the Eastern Maine Medical Ctr and serves primarily as convenient lodging for families staying near patients. Older hotel, but has character
You can tell that this hotel has seen alot of years, but it has character. To open the door to the room, they do not use cards. They actually still use keys. I haven't seen that in ages. Loved it
The location of this hotel is excellent, it gives easy access to Arcadia National Park and if you are a Stephen King fan is less than a 5 minute drive from his house. Smokers Hotel
We woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of smoke from the room next door. Complained to front desk and he said it happens. He could have cared less.
