I don't get the reviews

I don't understand the reviews thus far for this inn. We stayed here two weekends ago and we found the inn to be a terrific place to stay. the inn keepers were friendly and they were extremely accomodating. We had an issue with our dog on the way up (he is old and his legs were bothering him), and we called the inn to see if we could check in early and get him out of the car for the day. they let us check in at 10 am, rather ... terriebari, a user of Tripadvisor.
