My rating is based on lack of common sense, understanding, and hospitality. I made reservations at Boothbay Harbor Inn for a weekend during the summer of 2005. Unless you are on a bus trip, stay elsewhere

We came back last week from a three-day stay at the Boothbay Harbor Inn. I am still upset. The room comes with continental breakfast. The first day, we ate in the dark little "lounge" and bussed our own table that we had to wait for. There are only about five or so tables for guests. They had bag... The rooms were very clean as was the adjoining restaurant. The harbor view 2nd floor room at the Boothbay Harbor Inn was a value. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable, staff competent and gracious, great drinks at the bar and reasonable!
