The Flagship Inn boasts recent renovation and all the desirable amenities of a modern chain hotel with the charm and friendliness of a family owned operation. There are 82 guest rooms, each with cable television and wifi. Free juice and coffee can be found in the lobby and the Inn's staff can offer friendly advice about what to do in Boothbay Harbor. Flagship Motor Inn in Boothbay Harbor, Maine is a great place to stay and a great value. The rooms are comfortable and IMMACULATELY CLEAN. The prices are a very reasonable (half the price of some of the waterfront motels).
