Hotel was old. But room was sufficiently clean. On arrival night, the front desk lady was very friendly, second night man was not as friendly however.

Hostile staff

Did not provide the rooms per the reservation agreement. I required a hide away bed for one of the rooms. I was told that they could not provide a hide away bed under any circumstances.
