Ask for a river view room!
I have stayed here three times over the last three years. This small hotel is a great alternative for tourists in the midcoast area. The highlight of this hotel is the availability of river view rooms in the back; the view of the river, fort and new bridge is spectacular! Clean, nicely furnished ... Wonderful location, wonderful experience.
We spent 4 nights here as a base for touring the area. The 4-story motel in the center of Bucksport is very clean, with helpful staff/owner. Right on the water across from Ft.
