Dirty! Toenails left on the floor by previous guests!

The cleaning service in this motel was horrid! We found toenail clippings on the floor next to the bed from the previous guests and they were not vacummed up at all during our stay! The story is very long--I will try to be brief. We made reservations for a nonsmoking room-- we were put in a smoking one. The room they changed us to had white long pet hair all over the floor. Dirty room

The location is good, but the room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was very dirty. Dirt and hair in behind toilet and door that you could tell had been there a very long time.
