My husband and I love older inns that have charm and character. Driving up to the manor we were very excited as it is quite beautiful on the outside. Once inside though we felt let down. WOW!!!...the rooms are huge at this place. This inn has a perfect location a bit out of town. The Innkeepers, Nancy and Tom are clearly both very talented. The food was FANTASTIC!!! 3.0: Avoid the Eggemoggin Room!

We stayed at the Manor Inn for a weekend in August when it was about 80 degress out - not too hot. But the Eggemoggin Room was horribly stuffy - the main windows don't open and there is only 1 small window in the bathroom.
