1.0: a sad disappointment, a lost treasure

I have stayed at this inn several times, year after year, and used to just love everything about it - pure relaxation. However, on this trip, 5 minutes after arriving I was more stressed out than anyone on vacation should be. I was "greeted" by the new owner who was stressed and who had no problem unloading her stress and complaints onto me. This complaining by several members of the new owners' family continued the ... We stayed 3 nights in "our largest" and, at $230, most expensive room in July, 2004. The private balcony was wonderful but the room was ill-designed and short on creature comforts.
