Quaint Hotel Next to Lighthouse

I have been coming to this hotel each year for several years and recommend it to anyone I speak with looking for a good Maine experience. Felt Like I was in a Different Era

I thought this hotel was not deluxe, but it was in a good location and very clean. It was very close to the lighthouse which was nice to be able to walk there without jumping in the car. Not great

I stayed in room #9, in one of the adjacent bungalow rooms, room was large, bed was not great, had a stained glass window with no shade so the sun came shining in early, the worst part was the shower, really old shower head that could not be adjusted to get any kind of pressure...when I asked for... This hotel although it reeked with age it was very disatisfying it was a confusing and aesthetically unappealing mixture of motel and hotel .The hotel had some charm but the motel is illplaced and might just as well have been built along the ...
