Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, but we were ripped off. Upon checkout, when we expected $0, since we prepaid for our 7 night stay, we were told we owed $895.63 for phone usage. We were MORTIFIED. Simply put, in one case, we were falsely accused of using their phone line all night. That one incident was $468.25 of the total $895.63.
