misleading advertising

We reserved this "ocean front"motel over the internet,based on the hotel website,only to find that all rooms faced a parking lot.All beds were in need of replacement,shower had no pressure,bedding was old,carpeting was older.Service was non existant.

Great location and value -- some rooms not great

This is a great value for being so close to the beach -- overall I would stay again. Indoor pool for those days where the weather won't cooperate, and a new hot tub too. We have stayed here several times over the past 4 years and have always had a pleasant experience. Location, Location, Location

As I was booking again for this year I thought I would let others know how convenient this hotel is. It's soooo close to the ocean-literally 100 yds to the water. Yucky pool, general areas.

I go to Wells Beach every summer. This hotel was clean and nice in the past, but this year, the pool and the locker rooms and everything in the main house were awful.
